Ingredients:
2 bags hash brown potatoes
1 whole onion, chopped
1 stick margarine
1 pound Velvetta cheese
1 16 oz. Package sour cream
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions:
Spread frozen hash browns in 9x13" baking dish. Mix onions, cheese, soup and sour cream until completely mixed. Mix in potatoes. Melt margarine, mix with corn flakes and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
